# Robinhood

Robinhood Chain orders transactions **first come, first served**, by arrival at the sequencer. Higher gas fees can't move an oracle update ahead of transactions already queued. No builder or fee mechanism places your update ahead of a trade here; see [Freshness and ordering](/how-pools-work/freshness-and-ordering.md).

Update-dependent pools should therefore minimize their delay to the sequencer.
